Victory Kids Pre-Registration

Welcome! Please fill out the information below so that we can safely check in your child(ren) into Victory Kids. Fill in your information first, then add your household members at the bottom.

If married, please add an adult.
If you have children under 18, please add a child and add their birthday and grade, if applicable. We use the birthday and/or grade to check your kids into the age-appropriate Kids Ministry Room.
